Where Is The Tire Jack In A 90 Chrysler New Yorker

Instructions were supposed to be under the cover that goes over spare tire but is not there. Help
It is not under the spare tire. Is just missing or in a different location?

    Check under the tire.

    Jack is under the spare tire. instructions are glued to the inside of the truck lid

    Lift the spare tire up. it might be under there. maybe someone just threw it in.

    Way in the trunk under the spare tire. stupid design if the trunk was loaded for a trip.
