How many sensors does a car have and are the oxygen sensors the same sensors as the one that triggers "trac off" to go off? The motion sensor that senses that traction of the tires?

He has taken out the burn barrels, and some sensors, but after using the engine brake it tends to blow bluish smoke. The engineer he is working with is trying to modify sensors to override them.
