I cant figure out how to get these installed. when i jack up the truck it doesnt give me enough space to twist in the spacers. is there any way i can loosen something to give the spring a little more room to expand?

Just installed winch, front end is sagging. I think I will put on coil spring spacers in the front. Any ideas on how to do it? Or other suggestions on fixing the sagging problem?

Can i put 1' coil spring spacers on my zj along with a 3.5' rough country lift kit? I know know it is not recomended but would it mess anything up? Would it wear out my shocks with the extra inch?
