I have a 2003 Toyota Matrix Xrs. I want to add 12mm wheel spacers on only the rear wheels.
How do I install it?
Is it safe to do so?
What performance will it affect?
Will the bolts be long enough?

Was quoted about $750 to do the following:
Replace rear brake pads, resurface rear rotors, replace rear calipers, and brake fluid system flush. This seems high to me. Anyone have an idea if this is fair or what is fair for this work?
