Since a 4.3L V6 is pretty much a 350 with two less cylinders, I know that most 350 SBC internals (pistons, rocker arms, connecting rods, etc) will work in the early (non vortec) 4.3 V6. But will they work in the 4.3L Vortec V6? Wikipedia says ...
