I have just replaced tie rod ends, brake pads, rotors, and calipers and the on the passanger side only the brake pads are engaged and rubbing together. Any ideas? It is like the indicator is stuck that tells you when to replace the pads.

I know the caliper bolts are very tight, what do I do if the pistons are not retracting right? Needed to use C Clamp to get pistons retracted enough to go over rotor.
