I have a 5.4l triton v8 07 f150...with a cold air intake. i want to put an 80mm throttle body and spacer on as well. will i need a mass air flow sensor to go with this

The check engine light revealed a mass air flow and knock sensor failure on my 1997 pathfinder. I had just changed the spark plugs,timing belt, and air filter, could any of those things caused the problem?
