Take the belt off unbolt the pulley and bolt on the new ones replace the belt and go on. That easy

If you have to ask you have neither the special tools required or the skills to do it.

It’s unlikely that you need all three pulleys replaced. What happend and why do you think you need to replace them?

    Check back in a bit.

Go to an auto parts place that has a shop and give the guy $5 to do it. I had this problem with a PS pulley; I had the shop at work (manufacturing plant) work on it for an hour; they couldn’t get the pulley off the old shaft. 20 seconds on the 30 ton press made all the difference.

You can get pulley extractor/installer tool kits, but, unless you are stuck or use them a lot, they won’t be cost-effective.

To install pulleys, you have to see if they are pressed in or bolted in,

If they are pressed in you have to use a press, if you hammer them in you can damage the shaft. so take them to a shop.

if they are bolted in it’s easier, but i’d indicate the pulley as i am tightening so that it runs concentric to the shaft.

it’s not hard, just a weekend job to take them out and put them in.

are you upgrading to aluminum/underdrive pulleys?

    Hope it helps
