Go K&N Oil Filter and K&N Air Filter, Thats the best.

the k&n air filter is great. more air, increased milage, and a little more power. and it is reuseable. The fram oil filter is not the best. the filter material is made of cardboard. The k&n oil filter is a good filter but it is about 13 bucks. A good filter for the money is the pourlator pure one. it has an antidrainback valve, and a 99% micronic filter rating and it is about 6 bucks.

k&n by far is better but sometimes will cause flooding on older stock vehicles.

I use WIX filters. I have had too many problems with FRAM.

Yes go with K&N thease filters are on the majority of the vehicles engines that I rebuild.
They are the best to let dirt enter the engine and wear them out the fastest. go K&N.
They are the mechanics best buddy

K&N give you more airflow but let in more dirt, I would not use them.
mister ss says:
I have used fram for years and had good luck, both air and oil filters, now if you want a higher flow air filter I would recommend the K&N filter.
