There are sme that will change the sound, but to change performance, then you will need to change your whole exhaust system, a tip wont do much if anything at all

Will putting on a hat make you run faster? Doubtfully, but it may make you look cooler. As for sound more than likely not. If you want that tuner car sound, burbble, purchase a good aftermarket exhaust and remove the stock and you’ll get a little better HP the sound you desire and shed a few pounds off the car too

The tip should say whether or not it will change the sound. 95% of tips wont. change the muffler for a different sound, or the whole exhaust for 10- 15 ponies. If you want, just cut out the catalytic converter and that should help significantly.
