I Am Working On A 94 Ford F350 With A 7.3 Non Turbo Diesel.

94 Ford F350 diesel, 7.3 liter non turbo. It starts and runs fine cold, but after two minutes of running, it starts to missfire on a unknown cylinder, and smokes from the exhaust pretty good.
I am not that familiar with diesels, so any information on diagnosing, or a possible diagnosis would be appreciated.
