On my dodge charger se plus i replaced the tires with eagle f1s or pirellis, get black rims such as giovannas, repaint it green with black racing stripes, replace the stearing wheel or rewrap it, replace the exhaust system (or exhaust tips), replace speakers and add subwoofers in the trunk (nice ones with plexiglass and wood casings, Lights, etc) this would probably require re-wireing and a capasitor.
