		<description>One of those cheap panels would be unlikely to charge a car battery from dead.  At best, it would maintain a good battery.  What I would do, in order of preference, is:

1) Use a regular battery charger that you plug into the wall, or
2) Use one of those battery cables that connects between the cigarette lighters of two cars.  That&#039;s current-limited, and will avoid a massive surge of current from the second car&#039;s battery, or
3) Use a regular jumper cable with another car, the usual way.</description>
