Is It Possible To Put A Couch Of Any Kind In The Back Of A Passenger Van After Taking Out The Seats

Just wanted to know if it is possible (after taking out the passenger seats) to put a couch in the back of the van… also is it possible to put a small refrigerator in the van as well??? how would i power it??? would it coninuously drain the battery or would i have a seperate power output just for the frige??? thanks in advance to anyone who can help me out… im looking to convert my recently bought passenger van into kinda loungeish/road tripping van… heres a list of mods ive already done (just incase you guys are curious) although its mostly performance and such…

Stainless Steel exhaust pipes.

Strait pipes with a 3″ tip (took out the muff and the cat).

Driver/passenger shotgun seats have been replaced with 18 wheeler truck seats.

Shag Carpet installed on full floorboard

Ground Clearance Dropped 2 inches

Side Step Bar Removed

Rear Doors Fully Welded Shut

Stock Steering Wheel Replaced with Sparco Steering Wheel

Dashboard Replaced/Repainted

Interior LED’s Installed.

ect ect… anyways yup i still need to get a new painjob for it though… any thoughts???
