How I wire a neon light that plugs into a car charger for a battery 12 Volt, and I ask everyone donot nerdy with me and not web links, OH, and i dont have the money to buy adapters ok;:)

    The wire that goes to the tip of the lighter adaptor is attached to the positive terminal and the other wire is attached to the negative terminal.
    Really, simple as that.
