35-40 ft lbs if cast iron and 25-28 ft lbs if aluminum.
Did you know that 318 is the cubic inch displacement of that engine? 5.2 liter would also be the displacement measurement (metric), although in 73 they didn’t use metric for engine dispacement measurements. Just sayin’.
According to my Chilton’s 1972-1979 domestic car manual, the Coronet, and every other car that had the 318 listed 40 ft lbs for the intake manifold torque setting. As far as I know, they were all using cast iron intake manifolds, so if you are putting in an aluminum manifold you will probably torque it differently. I hope this helps.
