Are Throttle Body Spacers Worth The Cost

I found a HELIX THROTTLE BODY SPACER on ebay for about $80 for a Mazda RX8. It claims better gas mileage and about 20 dd HP. Any advice?

    If you get bigger injecters too.

    They are a better paper weight than a power adding device.

    Power gains on a MPFI or SFI motor are nearly non-existant. They do slightly help a motor that is TBI (throttle body injected).

    Save your money for something else… They are a trick way for doing a NOS injection though (drill and tap the spacer for the NOS and fuel injectors).
