Alot of money for 20hp.
peice together a turbo kit. used parts you can do it for around a grand. get a wideband and tune it. less money, more power.
A header can add around 10 HP
CAI around 5-10 HP
Exhaust 2 HP
Sparks around 1 HP
ECU depends
cams and gears probably 20 HP gains
depending on what kind of chip, i would probably remove it.
I’d go with a Hondata ecu and hondata tuning
I would also add front and rear strut bars.
Lowering kit if its not lowered yet.
and yes you can turbo, but why bother unless your going to race. It can be the cheapest way for proven
horsepower, but your insurance will go up, and it can be very expensive and i would recommend it to be expensive on good parts because its essential to get something that will last on a 00 Si. Good Luck
Looks like a pretty solid list to me. No clue on the HP gains on the parts.
I would add a Type R throttle body and a BPi Velocity Stack to the list. Make sure whatever exhaust you get is 2.5in. I would change the header to a 4-1 header with a 2.5in collector. I wouldn’t use anything besides ngk for spark plugs and wires. I wouldn’t change the crank pulley. Don’t go beyond a stage 1 clutch because your not going to need it, and don’t go to light on the flywheel (or you will hate driving).
