1997 Dodge Cummins 12v Power Adding Questions

I have a 97 12v dually with 460000 kms its stock except for a 4 ” exhuast i want to know some good ways to add power with out going to nuts and still be able to get good mpg example cold air , air intake manifold injector sleeves fuel plate ?? and i got a rebuilt trans with a 2000 stall so any help would be great ?

    From what I heard you can turn the 12v up by a screw seeing as these are completely Mechanical engines. Might want to research alittle on that though. Might screw everything up and get terrible fuel mileage.

    On the 12v they have a mechanical lift pump so somewhere on the pump there is just a screw you can turn out, if you want mpg and power aint gona happen impossible, more fuel = more power = less mpg, less fuel = less power = more mpg, you could get a chip like an edge with attitude with adjust on the fly between power or mpg

    Kiel, before you plunk down your hard earned money on Banks hit me up, My brother found a company that has some budget minded kits for your 12v and will preform better than banks for way less. Its kind of late tonight I just got to look it up or call my bro and get you the website
