My Daytime Running Lights Stopped Working On My 2000 Cavalier. Where Is The Drl Relay Located So That I Can Ck

I beleive it may be the drl relay because I had work done on the front bumper and after that it stopped working. the car book says that it is located behind/on the front impact bar. where is this located?

The DRL relay is under the hood in the power dist. panel.But befor doing anything check all fuses in that panel. each headlamp will have its own fuse if the fuses are good than check both lamps before replacing relay.
