How Do I Replace A Bulb In The High Brake Light Of A 2005 Suburban

Posted in Off Road Lights
  • I unscrewed the high brake light bar from my 2005 Chevy Suburban this evening thinking that I could replace the bulb. To my amazement after unplugging it, I could find no way to open it. It appears to be a sealed unit. I took it to Autozone and they were stumped. Can I replace a bulb or does this light bar need to be replaced completely as a sealed unit?

It is a sealed system and you need to buy the whole lamp assembly and it is expensive. Good luck!
