Electrical Problem in My car, Security System and Roof Lights not Working

After doing some work on my radio, wires touched and now my door locking system does not respond to the master lock and also my roof light does not function, what could have caused them to stop gunctioning and what could i do to repair it. Thank you. The car is a 2001 mitsubishi galant ES

Is this a Jeep Cherokee, by any chance?
You probably have a blown fuse. Check the fuses in the interior fuse box as well as any fuse box under the hood. If you don’t have a fuse diagram, here’s a guide to checking fuses with a multimeter:
