To my knowledge no. I think those wires can only go to your factory headunit i dont think it can be hooked up to a new one… Although im not 100% sure im almost posative.
My cadillac was like that, the heating stuff does work but the volume and changing the song doesn’t. There might be a way to wire it up so it does though. Ask a car audio person that hooks up systems
There are some kits that will keep that function, not sure for what cars though. Check crutchfield.com to see if they have something that will work for you.
The only way that might work is if the new CD players systems were compatible with the vehicles systems. The new CD player would have to have similar wires and connections. Look on the side of the CD player for a wiring diagram. Then look for the cars operation manual. check the electrical systems. look for the audio systems diagram or anything that says what type of CD player that is. They’ll help confirm compatibility.
