Honestly ANY cheap speaker you buy will be ten times better than the stock one’s your car comes with. Make sure to listen for midrange (or set up a crossover), you probably don’t want any that are too bassy. You could also add some tweeters for really cheap.
Kicker has some awesome component speakers bro….keep it real, keep it loud, keep it KICKER! The KS 693 series is excellent….and they have the sizes you need… go to sonicelectronix.com….you’re almost there homie….good luck
Kickers, jl, jbl, kenwood, rockford fosgate are all good but expensive brands
Alpine type r’s if yuhr qunnuh amp them nd if not get the alpine type s’s there cheaper
I would suggest using Memphis car audio S or the M class speakers or the Clarion brand. It depends on how much you want to spend and how much power you have to work with to push the speakers. Check out EBay you may find out some good prices or http://www.wooferetc.com
Component speakers sound really good it you want to spend the money it comes with its own x-over, mid and tweeter, but they can run pricey that would be good to use in the front its price around 175 to 220 for a set.
For the back I like to use two 4” speakers instead of a 6×9. 2-4” for each side I like the sound with the 4” and when you have subwoofers in the back, you want to make sure you can hear the high end and not to have the subwoofer overpower the highs.
In order to use 4” in the back use 1/8” plywood cut it to the size of the 6×9 than cut the two holes for the 4” it’s really simple and I think you would enjoy the sound.
And always use caps on the high end so you don’t blow up the speakers. Just ask your local stereo shop for some they will tell you what size you need and run the cap in series with the positive side.
Just my suggestion nope that helps!
