How Can I Connect My Pioneer Head Set To The Clarion Cd Changer In My Peuget 306

Having just bought this car I have installed a better pioneer headset from my old car. The 306 comes standard with a clarion cd changer and i wish to connect the two. One other thing, does anyone know how to connect this head unit to the audio controls on the steering column?
