Well if you have kids or drunk friends (i had drunk friends) and they try to put the cd changer tray in backwards than they will fuck it up but check to see if the disk even spin you should be able to hear them if you get down by the cd changer to listen and if its still spinning than i would try getting a spray can made for dusting off electronics and trying to clean off the eye its the lense that sits above the laser and if that doesn’t work you just need to buy a new one
