CD Player Stopped Working After I Put In A New Car Battery

I have a 2005 Ford Mustang and recently put in a brand new battery…since that day, my cd player will not eject or play. It’s a 6-cd changer stock stereo. They move around in there when I have the car on, but it just says “initializing” or “cd error”…any help??

    I dont think its the battery it might be the cd changer’s fault. have a look at it

    It happened to me the dealear can put code in radio it only takes a minute or cal the dealear and give them the vin number on car they will walk you thru what do do its easy youll see

    You have to reset those when you disconnect the battery. look in your book, it should tell you how to reset the radio.
