How Do I Replace The Fog Light Bulbs On A 1992 Mitsubishi 3000gt

I checked the 3si forums and I still cant figure it out. I cant find a straight response. I dont know much about cars, I just want my lights to work. Current is running from the fuse and the switch it’s just that the bulb’s are probably dead. I need to know how to replace them and where to buy bulbs. Thanks.

You can buy the bulbs at any parts store. The bulb comes out of the back of the fog light housing. Look under the front fascia and you should see the connector to the bulb. Generally the bulb will twist out from the housing or there may be a retainer as well.
The fog lights are probably so corroded by now that the housing won’t come apart and all the screws will break off ( if there are any screw heads remaining intact.) I had a customer that talked me into drilling out the screws, retap the holes, and that was just to put them back in the vehicle after taking them apart, they were so bad inside that making them work again was impossible.
Order new fog light assemblies while you can still get them from the dealer.
