93 Ford Probe Headlight Relay Location

My right ford probe headlight dosent pop out when it is suppost to which is agrivationg im thinking its the relay because it dose pop out but not when its suppost to any idea where the relay is located i cant find in manuel or anything. so i can replace

Under the dash above the fuse box.
You can manually open it by turning the “opener” behind the headlight(under the hood).
