If Steam Is Creeping Out The Radiator Cap Is It A Blown Head Gasket Issue

2001 honda civic 92k miles..
Steam/smoke coming out through sealed radiator cap
no overheating
no smoke coming out exhaust
coolant is leaking out the upper tank of the radiator
diagnosis?

    Check the compression on each cylinder, It sounds like your engine is pressurizing the cooling system which COULD be the problem., pull the spark plugs, and check for water residue., It it as you say and is not overheating, then it could be a blown head gasket or cracked head, most likely a cracked head, “Blown head gasket” is an overused term ” Head gaskets rarely blow., If your car has ever overheated, and cold water was introduced to a hot engine, a cracked head is likely.
