The Truck Starts Finally

Okay my 6.3 diesel finally started but i’m not in any postion to be driving this truck, it’s too much for me to handle and I have trouble driving standard so I don’t want to move it, but when I started the glow plug light went out as normal, and I pushed the clutch in and the clutch felt Just a tad bit looser than yesterday when I started it, is this normal?

Maybe the trans fluid got mixed around finally and got it lubricated
If it sat for a while its normal for things to be stiff at first
it may just be in your head, unless you take it for a drive its impossible to tell
