Need A V GOOD Mechanic For AUDI 2004 In Lebanon

Just bought a 2004 Convertible. After the initial check-up and necessary replacements (brakes, oil, etc) had some electro-mechanical problems. 2 ignition coils got ‘roasted’, Air flow meter died off, 3 sensors replaced. A streak of bad luck or my 70,000 miles car is by now aged? I need a reliable mechanic to re-assess the car problems. Anybody can advise? Preferably within Beirut region
