    If your asking (by going down to the auto parts store) and buying a new cap, rotor, spark plugs/wires-prices are different for each vehicle. Norm: anywhere from $20-50 for wires, cap and rotor $10-15, spark plugs $8-20 etc.. all depends on brand and choice you choose and which store has the sales. If your looking for price for someone else to do it, they will add labor and extra for parts.

    Depends on the make model and year of the car.

    If you go to an auto parts store it is very reasonable to do it yourself, some auto parts store folks are even kind enough to give you pointers, just be careful of hot engine parts as they will cause severe burns.

    Best to let the car cool with the hood open for an hour or two before doing the plugs and wires.
