Honda Werid Car Starting Trouble

Posted in Ignition Systems | Asked on Aug 9, 2010

I have a 92 integra..with a b20 vtec set up….gsr head…b20 block….when the motor is hot..it wont start..not main relay starts fine..on hot days…not the distributor..already replaced the whole thing and made sure i was getting spark,,,not the starter because it fully cranks not a click or a clack…and the fuel pump is a walbro after market one..i also replaced the starter switch..spark plugs and wires…ive noticed when i spray cold water onto the engine near the coolant temp gauage and the other gauge….the car starts….but the car shows that the temp is right where its supposed to be right before the middle…so i dont think its the coolant temp gauge???? so what can it be…

its your thermostat. it doesn’t know what temperature it is outside. and the car thinks is getting to hot when it’s not.
