2005 Chevy Silverado 3500HD Diesel, Won’t Start

I just went outside to start my truck and I beleave it’s not heating up to start. It will turn over but wont start… could it be my “glow plugs?” If not why do you think this is happening (Temp outside is 25ish)

Please help?! lol thank you.
