1994 Civic Car Died Now Won’t Start
Posted in Ignition Systems | Asked on Jul 21, 2011I bought car 2 days ago first day ran fine next day i started it up drove it a block then it felt like it lost its power so i stopped turned it off then tryed to start it and it wouldn’t start from there on out but it will crank over. did a compression test, 120 on all cylinders. took each spark plug out each sparks. i tried starting the car with started fluid, didn’t even make a difference. fuel injectors spraying fuel. the guy i got it from sayed he recently replaced timing belt which feels tight and looks like its doing its job. i checked all the fuses. What could possibly be wrong with this car? ECU? Timing belt slipping a couple teeth? spark not getting enough volts? would vacc lines cause this? or a broken sensor somewhere? Please help me!
