Below is the question about How Much Horsepoer With All These Things,

I have a 302 from an 85 lincoln and so far ive added a 600 cfm edelbrock carburetor(performer series) a performer 302 intake (4 a 4 barrel carb) i got a camshaft advertised duration is 272 and 290. 218 an 228 at .5 i also have a msd blaster 2 ignition coil and the msd distributor i have some 4 tip sparkplugs on it too thanks
also i have 2 glasspacks on it straight off the headers (its on a 71 so no smog is needed) i also did “port and polish” on the heads

    You dont say if you have changed the stroke or bore or what heads you are using but with the info you have givin it sounds like about 280-290

    Maybe 240 to 260 at rear wheel if it runs pretty strong. Hard to say. Could take it to track and get your ET and speed and with the known weight of your car and yourself you can get a fairly close estimate of the HP you are making.

    I’d say the two first answers are pretty close. The second being more realistic. Heads will really add the juice to it though, but remember to pick the right amount of flow for your setup.

    At best your looking at about 280-300hp. that is being generous.
