Fuel mixture!
you did so much yet didnt tune mixture
sounds like it is running weak
Injectors could be one thing that would cause this
Sounds like a plugged up cat or faulty o2 sensor to me. If it only has 20k on it though, maybe not. I find it hard to believe there is a 95 5.0L out there with only 20k on it though. Did you mean 200k?
Module on distributor or stator in distributor can cause it
Check for vacuum leak,s & fuel delivery problem,s first…due to the age of the vehicle this is the first thing that come,s to mind…also check to insure there is no water in your fuel system….good luck!
Your EGR valve maybe sticking or leaking, Every thing you are saying fits, but the lumpy idle. not quite sure what a lumpy idle is. also check and make sure all the ground wires are good and in place, poor grounding on the ignition system can cause these problems. The Thick Film Ignition module may also be failing.
Sounds like an O2 sensor. My 95 Cobra does the same thing when one goes out, though it throws a Check Engine Light.
