    They need to be pressed out at a machine shop.

    those are pressed in.if you dont want them damaged,then take them to a machine shop and have then pressed out.

    The easiest way is to use a brass drift of the right diameter against a wooden block with a hole bored in it slightly larger than the wrist pin diameter.

    Simply apply the brass drift to the wrist pin while holding the whole assembly againt the wooden block and tap it gently with a hammer.
