High Oil Pressure

Below is the question about High Oil Pressure,

I had leapt A 88 Plymouth Horizon recently the oil pressure when you first start then starts fluctuating line pressure, the higher the speed. I’m either their oil pressure and choke off or heat the oil pump. Does that sound right, and all other ideas. oh his safe little in the zone on the oil pressure gauge to about 2600 rpm

    all my dealings with this issue 90% of the time its a faulty oil pressure sending unit and 9% of the time its the gage
