Does My 89 Cavaler Have A Knock Sensor

I have a code 42 have replaced the ign module and ecm will not start under 14 degrees kicks back pops floods but if it does start after a couple min it will run fine. Now it acts up at any temp ran good for 4 days after replacind ign module.. will set code 42 intermitantly

yes it does rt above the starter.I dont belive thats your problem though replace your idle control sensor .whats the voltage on your throttle postion sensor. check those items and check that your distibutor cap isnt cracked
