		<description>I would take it to a mechanic and let him check out the front suspension and make sure all the parts are good, when you lift a truck like that you are putting a lot of undue stress on your suspension parts and shocks and struts depending on what you have, get it checked before something breaks and you have an accident.</description>

		<description>I would be willing to bet it is one of the following, Upper or lower ball joints, Pitman arm, idler arm, tie rod end or center link joint(some have been known to go through the upper and lower control arm bushings as well, but youd have alot of noise)</description>
