    Ghetto way? if you know what u r doing u can heat your front coils to drop it, but the camber will be off so bad that you wont be able to afford tires for it. drop coils are just as bad. your best bet is to get dropped i beams. they are not cheap, but its the only way to keep tires on the front. in the rear a flip kit is the way to go. pretty straight forward. if you are looking for more drop you can add blocks at that point
