Are the tires the same and have the same amount of psi. check to see if the leaf springs are the same ;same number of them same thickness any cracks

That’s all I could say was check tires… but usually spings and it’s mounts are the only things that hold up the truck and if they are bent , won’t settle back into place after the truck is shaken, or the frame is bent is about the only things that would cause a lean unless the springs are the wrong kind for the truck… other than that not much else holds up that 4×4

There is a Technical Service Bulletin regarding side to side load leveling of your vehicle. The TSB number is 98-23-21. It invovles installing spacers in the springs to bring the truck back to level. It is off because one part of the truck may weigh more than the other three corners. The part number for the kit to level the front suspension is F7TZ-5K648-AA is is called a Vehicle Attitude Kit. Your Ford dealer would have more information.
