I Have A 2003 Jeep Wrangler With A 1 Inch Body 2inch Coil Spring And A 4 Inch Suspension Will 35 Inch Tiresfit

   It should, my bro has a 93 Cherokee with 31′s on it with no lift, you can go to the place you are having your tires put on and they wont have a problem putting a 35 on for you and seeing if it rubs, if so back it down to a 34 or 33. Good luck!!

   With that much lift you may even be able to clear 38s.

   so you have 3 or 4 inches total? With either one I would only do 33′s cause the 35′s will look stuffed and you can forget about wheel travel while off roading.
