Go to Autozone or any parts store that rents tools and get a spring compressor. If you don’t know how to use the spring compressor, forget it or you may get hurt removing the spring.

This is hard to do without a 2 post hoist. I usually lift the truck and remove the front tires. Set the front axle on jack stands. Remove the lower shock bolts. Lift the truck up in the air. The suspension will drop down and hang by the control arms and track bar. The springs should come out. If you need more clearance remove the sway bar. If you need more clearance, the track bar comes off next. Just be careful with your brake lines, don’t let them pull tight.
