How Can I Level My Ram

I have 09 ram 1500 crew cab 2wd. the back of the truck sits higher than i would like. can i lower the back of my truck a little to level it out. i it is gonna be harder with the coil springs in the back

You would raise the front and this is the easiest cheapest way
