According to 4WD (lift kit producer) the front springs are the same size but will have a higher spring rate (stiffer). The rear springs are supposed to have a different diameter of winding at one end, and also the higher spring rate. I bought a set of new springs on e-bay that were listed as for a "TJ" but are actually for the Unlimited according to the MFGR.

I plan on using them and crossing the diameter issue when I get to it. They won't go on for another month or so.
