94 F150 2WD Leans To The Driver Side, In The Front. Why

I changed the Front coil springs and shocks but it still leans?

    Are you sure it`s leaning ? Or is the frame a little twisted? May not have anything to do with the front end, might be the rear. Also check your body mounts and cab rails. Could be rusting out and collapsing the body on the frame. Who ever changed the springs would have been able to tell you why.

    The frame could be warped.. Has it ever been in a crash?? Also f.y.i. when the lower ball joints are extremely worn they sag giving it the appearance of the body leaning…

    Check your left rear spring. it is either broken or weak. is so, the weight is transferred to left front, causing sag.
